Return & Exchange Policy

  • Effective December 1st, 2023 all returns (if elegible) will be credited to the form of store credit. There will no longer be refunds, no exceptions. 
  • Please contact us if you would like to initiate a return at: mydearpeony@gmail.com to see if your order is elegible. 
  • If approved, customer has 10 calendar days from date of delivery to return/exchange items.
  • To be eligible for returns, item must be intact, in its original packaging and condition with both tags attached (from the brand and store). 
  • Visibly worn, washed, altered, or damaged items will not be processed and will be returned to costumer.
  • Sale items do not qualify for returns or exchanges. They are final sale.
  • Customers are responsible for return/exchange shipping cost. We do not provide return labels.
  • If your order qualifies for free shipping and you decide to return an item, we will deduct what the store paid to ship your order. The remaining balance will be transferred to store credit.
